The N2itive Consulting Resource Team possesses over four decades of successful executive management, marketing and sales leadership experience with SMB companies as well as Fortune 500 firms encompassing expertise in multiple vertical markets including healthcare, enterprise technology, supply chain management and distribution.

Prior to opening a private practice, from 2011 through 2017, Tom Miller excelled in the business consulting industry at a senior level while retained by a Chicago based professional services firm engaged strictly with privately held Small & Medium Businesses throughout North America.

It was Thomas Watson, Sr. that first coined the phrase “Nothing happens until a sale is made.” He was president of International Business Machines (IBM) from 1914 to 1956.

While a client’s product may be unique, his or her challenges with sales and marketing are not. If it’s a one-person start-up business, or a company that has been around for a while, the client usually wears many hats. During our years of extensive field experience, we've been engaged with many entrepreneurs who have a wonderful idea but lack the business acumen and tools to achieve the ultimate goal and experience lasting success.

Tom Miller's broad education and training include a BA degree from Marshall University and graduate studies in business management, marketing and financial accounting while attending the University of Alabama – Huntsville and Mercer University – Atlanta. In addition to a multitude of sales and sales management seminars and structured university & corporate sponsored courses, Tom is also University of Georgia, Terry School of Business - LEAN Six Sigma Certified.
